In this role, you will report directly to the Supervisor, Transfers, and be responsible for processing transfer requests, monitoring communications, and providing support to external institutions. Key Responsibilities:
• Process transfer in requests per service level agreements
• Monitor transfers mailbox and manage incoming requests
• Initiate manual or ATON transfers, tracking their status
• Provide operational support for transfers to external institutions
• Review and respond promptly to transfer inquiries
