Job Description

The Transcend program will modernize the Innovative Medicine ERP landscape from seven systems to a single unified platform. The Business Cutover and Hypercare Manager will lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of cutover and hyper‑care activities, ensuring a smooth transition to the new ERP solution while maintaining operational continuity.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed Ramp Down, Cutover, and Ramp Up (Hyper‑care) checklists and project plans aligned with technical milestones.
