Job Description Summary

This role is responsible for the day‑to‑day transaction management oversight for a complex and/or prominent portfolio of properties on behalf of one or more National and/or Global Corporate Services clients.

Responsibilities

• Manages the full contract‑to‑close transaction lifecycle, including property sales, lease acquisitions, renewals, terminations, and disposals while ensuring all deadlines are met.
• Develops strategic transaction plans aligned with business goals, incorporating market analysis, site selection, and financial assessments such as NPV and lease‑vs‑buy evaluations.
• Negotiates lease terms, rental conditions, and legal provisions with brokers and landlords to secure favorable outcomes for the client.
