We’re looking for a Training and Technical Specialist to join our NOAM Hospitality Support division. As part of the team, you will directly support Lightspeed Hospitality customers in North America and help them modernize their technology using Lightspeed’s suite of products.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent technical support, networking, and troubleshooting to customers via phone, Zoom, and email.
• Develop a deep understanding of typical business challenges and liaise with Product and Development teams to improve the customer experience.
• Align the team with product updates for pre‑sales and post‑sales teams.
• Use consistent troubleshooting techniques to quickly identify customer issues and provide appropriate solutions.
