Qualifications

• Associates Degree in an aviation related field from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 5 years related aviation training experience in the military or commercial field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience developing and implementing training programs and performing appraisals of training effectiveness.
• Minimum of 5 years experience as an instructor and in developing training courses.
• Knowledge of E‑Learning and computer based training systems preferred.
• Must have appropriate Colombian instructor IET license.
• Must demonstrate in‑depth understanding of aircraft technical publications.
