POSITION SUMMARY:


The Learning Consultant position is imperative to the organization and acts as a central contact for learning initiatives. This individual performs training needs assessments, analyzes best methods to effectively deploy training, and designs, develops, coordinates, schedules, and implements training content while ensuring a consistent learning experience across the organization. This position belongs to a family of jobs with increasing responsibility, competency and skill level.
