Job Description
**Overview**
**Employment in this role is conditional upon successful execution of the contract by the client.**
**The Work**
The Training Specialist for Mobile II reports to the Instructional Systems Management Unit Chief and is responsible for inventory and content management of ISM-controlled mobile IT equipment used for training delivery (tablets, laptops, etc.). This includes image management of hundreds of mobile devices and management of training content according to the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA). The Specialist for Mobile creates and maintains inventory records of ISM-controlled technical equipment. The Specialist prepares and manages equipment accountability forms for staff and students to assure continuous awareness of status for the entire inventory.
