Summary About the Position: This position is located in the Defense Health Agency (DHA) under the policy guidance and direction of the Assistant Director for Healthcare Administration and Operations (AD-HCA&O) - Business Operations, and is located in Falls Church, VA. Recruitment or relocation incentives may be authorized for highly qualified candidates. Salary negotiation may be available for those candidates who are new to Federal service. Responsibilities Manages and coordinates technical training programs, establishing policies and procedures for professional development and ensuring integration of approved curriculum across the organizations. Oversees training compliance and conducts outreach and education efforts, including workshops, provider lectures, in-services, and departmental training activities.
