The Opportunity

Reporting to the Director, Training and Development, the Bilingual Training Specialist is responsible for performing training needs assessments, designing and delivering training materials, including classroom and in‑store training. The Bilingual Training Specialist works closely with various teams to develop training material that will support store operations, boost workplace performance, and support the company’s goals and core values. This position is a 12‑month temporary term.
