KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in handling administrative tasks such as scheduling training sessions and conference, managing calendars, handling correspondence, and maintaining training databases and records.
• Support logistical aspects of training programmes and conference, including venue arrangements, equipment setup, materials preparation, and ensuring all necessary resources are available for training sessions.
• Coordinate with participants regarding training schedules, enrolment, confirmations, reminders, and providing necessary information about training sessions.
• Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, evaluations, and other administrative documentation. Prepare reports as required by the department.
