As a member of the Abbott Structural Heart Global Training Team, the APAC Training Manager will play a key role in implementing comprehensive training programs for both internal employees and external physician customers across Asia Pacific. The primary focus will be the delivery of onboarding training for newly hired clinical field representatives as well as responsibility for a cadence of educational programs targeting different physician customers for our TMTI portfolio. The geographic scope for the role covers all of APAC including Japan, Greater China, and Australia. The primary focus will be on Japan.

The Training Manager will also proactively assess the work of technical support and sales teams across the region on a regular basis to ensure compliance in line with standard operating procedures.
