Training Manager
Responsibilities
β Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
β Assess and identify the current and future training needs through performance reviews,
career paths and consultation with managers
β Develop individualized and group training programs that address specific business
needs
β Review existing programs and suggest enhancements and modifications to improve the
effectiveness in terms of delivery, engagement, learning etc
β Ensure that the training programs and training materials are up to date and accurate
β Effectively communicate with the management, trainers and team members
β Develop and deliver trainings by selecting and managing both internal employees and
training agencies
β Effectively manage training budget
β Deploy a wide variety of training methods
