  • Lead end-to-end training development team in training development using the industry-recognised frameworks.

  • Translate operational and customer requirements into effective, cost-efficient training solutions that support business growth and continuous improvement.

  • Advise stakeholders on effective training strategies, including delivery methods, sequencing, and assessment approaches.

  • Work closely with Business Development and Programme Management teams to support new business proposals, tenders, and capability presentations.
  • Analyse customer operational requirements and convert them into structured, outcome-based training needs.
