Job Description

One of the global leading motor manufacturer is now seeking Training and Development Professional to join their energetic team in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities

  • Define the scope and milestone of the development programs and deliver to entire staff
  • Liase with business units to determine learning objectives, format and outcomes 
  • Work with regional HR teams to conform different training initiatives and programs in the corporate
  • Deliver training courses for HK and PRC
  • Support to develop and launch an e-learning portal
  • Support the director to develop and roll out training & development programs

    • Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources or related disciplines.
  • 6 years or above related experience
  • Strong in Soft Skill training
  • Track record in design, develop, and deliver Training programs
  • Experienced in assisting implement e-Learning portal
