Full time 37.5 hours a week (Term-time only – 45 weeks). Location: HMS Collingwood, Fareham, United Kingdom.

Due to the nature of this role, you must be eligible for UK Security Clearance at SC level.

Job description

Deliver training on Naval Navigational and positional Data systems and basic Engineering principles in support of the RN Weapon Engineering (WE) Department. Work collaboratively with Learning & Development and the Training Delivery staff to identify and support a personalised approach to learning and development. Use performance data and insights to drive continuous improvement across training establishments. Identify and share best practices to enhance training quality and consistency across locations.
