Join Our Team as a Training and Development Specialist

QUALIFICATIONS:
-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
-Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in training, instructional design, or organizational development.
-Experience in developing and delivering training programs, both in-person and virtual.
-Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methods.
-Excellent facilitation and presentation skills.
-Proficiency in e-learning platforms, LMS (Learning Management Systems), and training software.
-Ability to assess training needs and develop customized learning solutions.
-Strong project management and organizational skills.
-Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
-Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate training effectiveness through metrics and feedback.
-willing to report in Calumpit, Bulacan office
