Key job responsibilities
- Deliver training and coaching to Amazon’s standard
- Deliver internal Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) training to Amazon standards
- Review and improve site-training completion rates together with managers and associates
- Gather feedback and highlight areas where there are opportunities to streamline or improve the training experience
- Work with teams to identify areas where further training and development is needed
