About the role

Become a Trainee Teaching Assistant - SEND! No previous experience or qualifications necessary, just a love for helping others!

If you are applying as someone with no education setting experience, we will fund your online training courses in SEND, Behaviour Management, Challenging Behaviours and Safeguarding and Introduction into becoming a Teaching Assistant. As agency staff, you will be working at a mix of SEN schools, ranging from ASC, ADHD, SEMH, Challenging Behaviours, Learning Difficulties and PMLD. Please note, this is not a permanent position. As part of Vision for Education's supply register, you can be subject to adhoc, short-term or long-term bookings. As you will be agency staff, we cannot guarantee you work. Experience in either the education or care setting is desirable but not required.
