Your mission

Manage and organise the activity of one or more spheres of activity / department/section:

  • Manage the follow-up of files in relation to projects or actions carried out by colleagues in the team or the manager
  • Research, develop, analyse and consolidate data and documents necessary for creating files relevant to the sphere of activity, meetings…
  • Contribute to budget tracking for the sphere of activity/department/section.
  • Take charge of the flow of information necessary for correct functioning of the section/sphere of activity (top-down and bottom-up information) and be the key contact for internal and external clients in relation to orientation of requests.
