The CP‑DL law firm is a young, dynamic, and independent practice whose main areas of activity include the private equity and investment fund sector, commercial and corporate law, regulatory and tax law as well as financial services law (asset management and structured finance). The firm provides assistance mostly to clients in the EU, Switzerland, the UK and the US, offering them tailored legal solutions covering all areas of their activities.

Position Overview

The CP‑DL law firm is looking for a lawyer (trainee or admitted to the bar), with up to three years of work experience after graduation, to join its team full-time at the Bissone office (Lugano, Switzerland).
