We’re searching for a Trainee - Insurance Advisor . Westland Insurance Group Ltd has an opportunity at our Vancouver, BC - Arbutus location. The hourly rate is $23 for a 35‑hour week, with a raise after licensing. Licensing typically achieved within 3 months from hire, dependent on individual progress.

Responsibilities

• Obtain your Level 1 Insurance license through a 6‑week training program.
• Learn to promote and educate clients on Insurance products.
• Anticipate and interpret client needs and complete insurance transactions.
• Answer client questions and communicate product benefits that best match client needs.
• Conduct client interviews and capture accurate data.
• Participate hands‑on with the team, turning client concerns into opportunities.
