Job Description

Project Overview:

  • International freight trucks queuing system is a solution to maintain trucks & drivers data to facilitate the queuing process of trucks for upcoming trips

    • Role and Responsibilities of the Intern:

  •  Get introduced to the how to use the solution and update trucks & drivers existing data (create, edit, deactivate) including attaching latest certificates and permits based on a list and attachments to be shared by the freight operations team.

    • Outcome Expected:

  • Complete updating about 400 records of trucks and drivers respectively to be reviewed and signed off by the freight operations team.

    • Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge in MS office & files uploads.
  • Very good English level
  •  Organization skills
