The Career Conversion Program (CCP) training period lasts for 15 months. Structured on‑job training (OJT) will be provided and conducted at the participating companies to facilitate the application of learning and to ensure that individuals acquire necessary competencies to perform at their job.
The Biotechnologist is responsible for the manufacture of therapeutic proteins under cGMP conditions. Physical work required to handle equipment and materials is expected, and the role requires working most of the time in clean rooms. This position reports to the Senior/Section Lead/Manager of the Manufacturing Large Scale, Small Scale or Centralized Operations Team.
