Falcon Contracting Ltd. is a locally owned and operated heavy civil construction company serving Northern BC. We are currently seeking motivated, safety-conscious Traffic Control Persons (TCPs) to join our growing team.Responsibilities

+ Direct and control traffic through work zones.

+ Set up, maintain, and remove traffic control devices.

+ Ensure the safe movement of workers, equipment, and the public.

+ Communicate clearly with drivers, workers, and other TCPs using verbal instructions, hand signals, or radios.

+ Report any incidents or hazards to supervisors promptly.

+ Follow company safety policies and WorkSafeBC regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements

+ Must have a valid TCP Certification

+ Must have a Class 5 Driver's Licence.

+ Must have previous traffic control experience
