A leading client in the logistics and transport industry is seeking a skilled and experienced Tracking Controller to join their operations team based in Durban. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing end-to-end visibility and control of linehaul, cross-border and FMCG deliveries, ensuring all deliveries are completed on time and in full while maintaining compliance with route plans and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and track all vehicles via GPS and tracking management systems
• Ensure deliveries are tracked from dispatch through to final delivery
• Monitor adherence to route plans, traffic regulations, driving times and delivery schedules
• Track and monitor cross-border vehicle movements and customs clearance processes
• Escalate delays, breakdowns, hijackings, accidents and route deviations immediately
• Maintain accurate incident logs and handover reports
