Job Description
TPM Maintenance Engineer TPM Implementation
- Design, plan, and execute the TPM roadmap
- Roll out the methodology in phases across the plant
- Select and manage a pilot area
- Detection of anomalies
- Elimination of failure sources
- Create operational checklists by equipment
- Train operators in basic inspection
- Audit daily compliance
- Define maintenance strategies (preventive/predictive)
- Create and optimize maintenance plans
- Analyze root causes of failures
- Reduce downtime and micro-stops
- Conduct periodic audits by pillar
- Evaluate compliance with standards
- Ensure closure of corrective actions
