Responsibilities

Project Management: Responsible for coordinating with relevant departments such as R&D, Production, Equipment and Quality to ensure smooth project progress, timely completion of project milestones and preparation, review and submission of the project documentation for each stage of the project for customer certification. (40% of the time from early stage to stable stage, 25% of the time from middle to late stage to stable stage)

Customer Communication: Responsible for maintaining good communication with customers, reporting daily project progress, understanding customer needs and promptly handling customer feedback to ensure the project meets customer requirements and gains customer recognition. (30% time from early stage to stable stage, 25% time from mid stage to stable stage)
