The Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating vehicle pickups and deliveries, communicating with drivers, and ensuring efficient routing and scheduling. This role supports daily operations by maintaining clear communication between customers, tow drivers, and branch staff.
Key Responsibilities: Bilingual - Spanish

+ Dispatch tow truck drivers for vehicle pickups and deliveries

+ Coordinate schedules and optimize routes for efficiency

+ Communicate with customers, drivers, and internal teams regarding status updates

+ Monitor driver locations and job progress in real time

+ Enter and update job details in dispatch systems

+ Resolve scheduling or service issues as they arise
