Job Summary The Holiday Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing domestic and international tours, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service throughout the travel experience.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and organize tour itineraries and travel arrangements.
Coordinate hotels, transport, flights, and tour services.
Assist clients before, during, and after tours.
Manage tour documentation and bookings.
Liaise with vendors, hotels, airlines, and transport providers.
Handle customer queries and resolve operational issues.
Monitor tour quality and customer satisfaction.
Prepare tour reports and maintain operational records.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree preferred.
2+ years of experience in travel, tourism, or tour operations.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
