The Opportunity
This is not a routine HR role. As Total Rewards Manager, you will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of compensation and benefits programs that directly influence employee engagement, retention, and performance across the enterprise.
Working closely with the Head of Total Rewards and HR leaders, you will help shape total rewards strategies that are competitive, cost-effective, and aligned with business goalsβfrom salary planning and incentive design to benefits modernization and workforce cost analysis.
