Project Leadership of the Annual Compensation Cycle
β’ Co-direct the end-to-end project management of the annual compensation review process with the Regional Rewards team, from initial planning and system setup to final execution and post-cycle review.
β’ Develop and manage a detailed project plan, defining key milestones, timelines, dependencies, and resource requirements.
β’ Lead project steering committee meetings, providing regular status updates, managing stakeholder expectations, and facilitating key decisions.
β’ Proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure a successful and on-time cycle.
β’ Translate the bankβs compensation philosophy and annual cycle requirements into detailed business requirements for the compensation system (HRSoft).
