Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end compensation and benefits programs for Singapore and Malaysia (except payroll processing).
- Ensure compensation practices comply with internal pay equity standards and local legislation.
- Analyze market trends in benefits, particularly medical and insurance, to develop competitive proposals for annual insurance renewals and forward-looking benefits strategies.
- Serve as the Benefits & Leave Administrator, recommending policy revisions to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Conduct salary benchmarking exercises and market analysis, both proactively and reactively.
- Participate in salary and labour market surveys and generate ad-hoc reports on employment trends (e.g., salary expectation forecasts for the upcoming year).
