You will engage in various administrative functions while supporting senior partners, maintaining seamless operations for multiple legal projects across Canada. Your work will significantly enhance our service to Indigenous clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage calendars and appointments for legal partners
• Update and oversee task and document management systems
• Perform monthly expense reconciliations for lawyers
• Organize electronic and paper filing systems thoroughly
• Prepare documents and reports including legal correspondence
