What Will You Do?

As a Data Science Manager, Rider App at Lyft, you will lead, mentor, and grow a high‑performing team of Data Scientists. You will enhance end‑to‑end Rider App experiences using algorithms, machine learning, experimentation, and analytics. You will partner with Product Managers and Engineering leads to define vision and roadmaps for personalized features. Additionally, you will establish experimentation frameworks and conduct deep analyses for business impact.
