Job Description
An employer in the Hampton, VA, area is seeking a Top Secret Data Scientist for a contract-to-hire opportunity. This individual will work with complex data to answer key questions and support leadership decision-making, while building AI/ML models and tools to turn raw data into meaningful insights. They will also help connect and organize data systems so information can be easily shared and used across teams, partner closely with technical teams and clients to understand challenges and develop scalable solutions, and clearly communicate findings and recommendations so stakeholders can act on the data effectively. This position requires working onsite five days a week and holding an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
