This role supports a contract providing IT services to the FBI by delivering reliable, hands on desktop IT support to end users. The position focuses on troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues to ensure end-users can perform their work without disruption.

The role requires the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaborate with team members on more complex technical issues. Strong customer service skills, sound judgment, and initiative are essential, along with the ability to research issues, follow established procedures, and apply effective solutions.
