Minimum Requirements:

• Trade qualification as a Toolmaker (Red Seal or equivalent preferred)
• 35 years experience in a toolroom or manufacturing environment (plastics industry advantage)
• Strong knowledge of injection moulds and plastic manufacturing processes
• CNC machining and conventional machining skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Competent in precision measuring instruments
• Attention to detail and high precision work
• Problem-solving and fault-finding ability
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Team collaboration and communication skills
