**Job Title: Tooling Technician**
**Job Description**
The Tooling Technician sets up, operates, and maintains molding equipment to ensure molds are clean, properly installed, and fully functional for production. This role involves troubleshooting basic mold issues, confirming that all utility hookups are correct, and maintaining an organized, safe work area. The technician assists with repairs, tests molds for performance, and accurately records all maintenance activities.

**Responsibilities**

+ Operate molding presses and open and close molds to support production needs and repair activities.
+ Set, pull, clean, and inspect molds to verify proper installation, completeness, and readiness for production.
+ Troubleshoot basic mold-related issues and verify correct nozzle length, carriage settings, clamp stops, and safety features.
