Tooling Performance & Analytics
  • Monitor AB1V status including spares, die condition, engineering changes, and core locations.
  • Use detailed tracking systems (e.g., RSC movement vs. APDs) to identify high‑failure or low‑life tooling.
  • Reclassify downtime into accurate root‑cause categories and develop prioritized corrective action plans.
    • Failure Investigation & Corrective Action Leadership
  • Lead structured root-cause investigations for repeat, chronic, or high‑impact tooling issues.
  • Develop and implement corrective actions with cross-functional teams and ensure effectiveness over time.
    • Tooling & Asset Lifecycle Management
  • Conduct safety buyoffs for new or relocated Tool Room assets.
  • Manage the tooling replacement process, including requests, timing, and approvals.
  • Procure, document, and stock tooling to maintain proper inventory levels and remove obsolete items.
