Tool Room Repair Tech 2nd Shift; Mon – Fri: 2:30PM – 11:00PM
Hourly pay rate: $30.00 - $50.00 DOE plus 10% shift Differential

RESPONSIBILITY:

Responsible for ensuring the continuous, efficient operation of computer numerical control (CNC) machinery and related automation through regular preventative maintenance, complex troubleshooting, and mechanical or electrical repairs.
JOB DUTIES:


+ Diagnose and repair CNC machine tool failures, including servo systems, motors, hydraulics, pneumatics and controllers.

+ Perform routine maintenance (cleaning, lubricating, inspecting, etc.) on all CNC equipment.

+ Use technical documents, schematics, and error codes to identify and fix equipment issues.

+ Test machines after repairs to ensure they meet production requirements.
