Perform maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of progressive stamping dies to ensure optimal performance and production readiness.

Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance to maintain die reliability, consistency, and extended tool life.

Conduct die fitting, polishing, grinding, and replacement of worn or damaged components in accordance with specifications.

Support die setup, testing, and on‑line production troubleshooting to minimize downtime during production runs.

Work closely with engineers and production personnel to identify root causes of stamping issues and implement effective corrective actions.

Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation while complying with safety regulations and workplace 5S standards.
