Job Description
**Description:**
You will be the Tool Engineering Lifecycle Lead - Level 4 for the Tool Engineering team which is responsible for guiding tool‑engineering activities that support AMMM production operations.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Tool Engineering Lifecycle Lead - Level 4 you will be responsible for providing guidance, development and mentorship to Tool Engineers delivering floor, vendor and feeder‑plant support for AMMM production.
Your responsibilities will include:
+ Provide guidance and development for Tool Engineers delivering floor, vendor and feeder‑plant support for AMMM production operations.
+ Work closely with Production to develop new tools, repair existing tools, perform root‑cause analysis and implement corrective actions that improve quality and productivity.
+ Serve as functional lead, mentor and trainer to current and newly hired tooling engineers.
+ Create and update tool designs; develop and refine tooling processes and procedures.
