We are seeking a skilled Tool & Die Maker for a direct hire opportunity with a well-established manufacturing team.

This role is ideal for an experienced machinist who can build, repair, and modify precision tools, dies, molds, and fixtures while working closely with engineering and production teams.

**Key Responsibilities:**
• Determine optimal tool paths and machining sequences for fabrication of tools, dies, molds, and fixtures
• Set up and adjust machine tools and CNC equipment
• Interpret blueprints, CAD/CAM models, and engineering specifications
• Fabricate, assemble, and repair metalworking dies, cutting tools, jigs, fixtures, and gauges
• Troubleshoot production and bench issues and recommend design or material improvements
