Tool Crib Attendant

Nelson Engineering is an established aerospace manufacturing company seeking a Tool Crib Attendant.

Workday hours are 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday thru Thursday – (4 ten-hour days). We offer competitive health benefits, 401K, paid holidays and paid personal time.

Position Requirements:

• Set tools & build toolholder assemblies as needed for the CNC mill dept. per setup docs utilizing a Zoller Venturion 450 Tool Presetter & Elco Heat Shrink machine


• Inspect tools for accuracy & runout & establish precision tool length offsets for each tool assy.


• Maintain inventory of tools & fixtures


• Issue tools and equipment to machinists and maintain records of tools and equipment issued and returned


• Inspect returned tools & fixtures for excessive wear & missing hardware
