About The Role

In this dynamic position, you will oversee the Tool Room team, ensuring the efficient repair and modification of tools, dies, and fixtures. Your expertise will drive quality and productivity improvements while maintaining safety and operational standards.

• Supervise and mentor Tool Room personnel in Tool Room and Press Room tasks.


• Manage the T.C.O. and preventative maintenance program in collaboration with Tooling and Process Engineers.


• Coordinate with Engineers and maintenance staff on tooling and advanced engineering projects.


• Order materials and tooling components for Tool Room projects and maintenance.
