POSITION SUMMARY:
The To Go Specialist is someone who handles to-go and delivery orders from start to finish. This position takes orders over the phone, enters orders into the POS system, processes third party delivery orders, expedites orders coming out of the kitchen, takes payment from guests, and hands off the orders to delivery drivers and Guests. The person in this role must be friendly, upbeat and helpful, in order to make a positive first impression on the Guest, while controlling the flow of the orders coming in, and going out.
