In this job, you'll serve in our Real Properties Department within the Transmission and Distribution Organizational Unit. The successful candidate will provide critical analytical support to the Rights Analysis Department. You will process basic Rights Checks from various internal Business Partners.

Focus of Role:

+ Analyzing land rights information; gathering of documents and supporting land rights data via various systems and land records; reviewing legal descriptions and associated documents in support of Southern California Edison's real estate holdings and transmission, distribution and telecommunication facilities.
