+ **Shift: 8-5pm**

**Responsibility:**

+ Process title and registrations for earthmoving, power systems, and vocational truck equipment.
+ Transmittal of sales information to Caterpillar.
+ Communication of warranty information to warranty department.
+ Creation of asset ID numbers.
+ Receiving of equipment from Caterpillar and Allied vendors
+ Monitor internal work flow email inbox.
+ Prompt response to incoming calls and return of voice messages.
+ Responsible for proactively establishing positive working relationships with others by demonstrating excellent behavior, flexibility and effective communication skills.
+ Makes copies of correspondence or other printed materials.
+ Archiving of documents in electronic form.
