Our client, a dynamic and forward-thinking conveyancing business based in Milton Keynes, is seeking skilled and motivated experienced Title Checkers to join their growing team on a full-time permanent basis working Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm.

As an experienced Title Checker, your key duties & responsibilities will be to manage all aspects of residential purchase transactions, with a particular focus on raising legal enquiries across all residential tenures, reviewing, checking and reporting on search results, identifying issues and raising appropriate enquiries, managing a continuous flow of title checks with accuracy and efficiency, liaising with live conveyancing teams to provide support and guidance on complex transactions.
