Job Description
**Position Overview:**
The Title Assistant provides direct administrative and production support to one or more Title Officers to ensure accurate, timely processing of title files. This role assists with research, document preparation, recording coordination, and issuance of select low-risk title insurance products. The Title Assistant plays an important role in maintaining file accuracy, supporting customer service needs, and ensuring compliance with company and underwriter guidelines in a deadline-driven environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Provide direct support to assigned Title Officers with daily title production activities.
+ Conduct land and name searches using the companyβs title plant and public records.
+ Utilize title production software to assist with file setup, research, and documentation.
